Choosing an independent school is both an educational decision and a significant financial commitment.
At Stanley, we seek to keep the cost of a Stanley education as accessible as possible. Tuition covers books and materials along with many activity fees, and need-based financial aid is available.
All families may apply to see whether financial aid may be available for their family.

New students: A $500 New Student Campus Fee is added for all new Stanley students. Tuition covers all books and materials and many activity fees.
What's Included
More of the school day is built into tuition.
Stanley's tuition includes many of the materials families might otherwise expect to purchase separately.

Some programs and services fall outside annual tuition.
Enrichment Classes
Optional after-school enrichment classes are offered Monday through Friday. Costs generally range from about $50-$150 per class, per session, with sessions lasting approximately two months.
Extended Day
Extended Day is available beyond the regular school day and carries a separate program cost.
Lunch
School lunch is an optional additional expense.
Transportation
Stanley does not provide transportation to and from school.

Financial aid is an integral part of Stanley's educational program and supports our commitment to the socio-economic diversity of our community.
We are committed to need-based tuition assistance. Stanley BPS works with an independent financial aid vendor, Ravenna Financial Aid, to assess family need.
All parents who feel they need assistance to pay tuition are encouraged to apply.

Begin in Ravenna
Create or access your account and begin Stanley's financial aid application through Ravenna Financial Aid.

Submit the Required Information
Both/all parents and guardians must complete the PFS form and submit the requested financial data, including tax returns, through Ravenna by the deadline.

Stanley Reviews Need
Stanley's Financial Aid Committee considers the PFS form, tax returns and Ravenna's Estimated Family Contribution analysis, then makes award decisions before enrollment contracts are sent.
Allocation Priorities
How available aid is prioritized.
Stanley allocates available financial aid in the following order:

First, to currently enrolled students receiving assistance.

Second, to currently enrolled students requesting assistance for the first time.

Third, to incoming siblings of currently enrolled students.

Fourth, to new student applicants.

Completing the application carefully and on time helps Stanley understand your family's financial circumstances as fully as possible.
All parents and guardians must participate.
Both/all parents and guardians must submit the required financial information through Ravenna by the applicable deadline in order to be considered for financial aid.
Awards are need-based.
Award decisions are based solely on need and are guided by the PFS form, tax returns and the Estimated Family Contribution analysis provided by Ravenna.
Awards are determined before contracts.
Stanley's Financial Aid Committee makes financial aid decisions before enrollment contracts are sent to families.
Apply by the deadline.
Submit all required information and documentation by the applicable deadline so your application can receive full consideration.
