Our Home in Lowry
A school campus with a history all its own.
Before these buildings were filled with classrooms, artwork, backpacks and children, they were part of Lowry Air Force Base.
Today, Stanley sits on 11 acres in Denver's historic Lowry neighborhood. Our classrooms, community spaces, library, arts facilities and athletic spaces are all located on the former Air Force base.
The setting gives Stanley a character that is hard to replicate. Historic buildings have been reimagined for children and learning, while open spaces, walkways, the quad and gathering places create a campus that feels connected, welcoming and distinctly Stanley.

Across campus, spaces are designed around the many ways children learn best: through conversation, collaboration, movement, creativity, exploration and play.
Students move throughout the day between classrooms, shared learning spaces, arts and athletic facilities and the outdoors. The result is a school that feels less like a collection of hallways and more like a small learning community.
