Food: It’s a Western BBQ by a French chef...so, we hope you'll be pleasantly surprised by this delightful interpretation of cowboy fare.
Starters include smoked jalapeno shrimp, open faced quesadillas with goat cheese and roasted peppers, and beef salpicon.
Three salad choices consist of seasonal greens with orange-sherry vinaigrette, red chili ceasar salad, or avocado and tomato salad with avocodo dressing.
For entrees, you'll have much to choose from: lime marinated grilled salmon, orange marinated chicken, flat sirloin steak with barbecue sauce, and for those who like it native...whole roasted pig.
What could possibly top this off better than crepes by Alain! Your choice of strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, bananas, cream cheese, nutella (don't tell your kids), chocolate sauce or Belgian chocolate... and, of course, whipping cream
Attire: Boots and jeans or your favorite Western wear
Open Bar: Wine, beer, soda, and water
Entertainment: The Quebec Street Drifters: Tim Barrier,David Marais, Jill Teas, Shawn Zinnen- and perhaps a few others.
“Buy-A-Share” & “Buy Now!”: offered on a “first come/first served” basis so shop these tables first for the best selection.
Babysitting: 8th graders are providing on-site babysitting to current Stanley families. You must reserve your space--no drop-ins!
After-Party: Your evening does not need to end at 10pm! Head over to the Jonas’ for the 2nd Annual Auction After-Party for a nightcap and the musical stylings of “The Meantime” featuring Stanley Music Director, Jill Teas, and Andy Ard. Space is limited so get your tickets now!
Donations: We will still accept donations of restaurant certificates and wine or truly special items.
Help Wanted: We still have opportunities to help on auction weekend. Get involved—it’s fun! We also need 6 more PC laptops to run the event. Please contact Mary if we can borrow yours from noon on 3/12 through the weekend.
